WVYS is truly a deep group of very talented musicians, and the talent that each of the students brings the whole symphony is obvious. In this concert, selected works will feature soloists from within WVYS. We’re pleased to perform a set of concerti that feature the gifted abilities of this area’s young musicians.”
The WVYS musicians will open the program with Vivaldi’s “Winter” from “The Four Seasons.” Also on the program is Dittersdorf Sinfonia Concertante for Contrabass and Viola, Beethoven Triple Concerto for Violin, Cello and Piano and Mozart Symphony #40 in G minor.
